摘 要:目的筛选异乌药内酯的抗菌谱。方法微量稀释法检测异乌药内酯对不同H.pylori菌株及非H.pylori菌株的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果异乌药内酯对敏感和耐药H.pylori菌株的MIC均为8~16μg/ml;异乌药内酯对金黄色葡萄球菌等非H.pylori菌株的MIC均>128μg/ml。结论异乌药内酯对H.pylori有明显的抑制作用,并可专一作用于H.pylori。Objective To screen the antibacterial spectrum of isolinderalactone.Methods The method of microdilution was adopted to detect the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)of isolinderalactone against different H.pylori and non-H.pylori strains.Results The MIC of isolinderalactone against sensitive H.pylori and drug-resistant H.pylori strains was all 8~16μg/ml.The MIC of isolinderalactone against staphylococcus aureus and other non-H.pylori strains was all greater than 128μg/ml.Conclusion Isolinderalactone has significant inhibitory effect on H.pylori and the effect was specific.
