丁苯酞治疗急性缺血性脑卒中患者功能预后及对血中Hcy、CRP、D2聚体、FIB表达的影响

摘　　要：目的探究丁苯酞治疗缺血性脑卒中患者的功能预后及对血中Hcy、CRP、D2聚体、FIB表达的影响。方法入组患者分为对照组和丁苯酞组。对照组予以常规治疗,丁苯酞组予常规治疗及丁苯酞治疗。采用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)、Alberta卒中项目早期CT评分(alberta stroke program early CT score,ASPECTS)和Barthel指数(日常生活能力)评估功能预后,采用循环酶法、免疫散射比浊法、免疫比浊法、凝血酶法检测Hcy、CRP、D2聚体、FIB的表达。结果治疗后两组患者NIHSS评分均降低,且丁苯酞组较对照组更低(P<0.05);两组患者ASPECTS评分和Barthel指数均升高,且丁苯酞组较对照组更高(P<0.05);丁苯酞组血中Hcy、D2聚体、FIB、CRP表达较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论丁苯酞治疗急性缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能及预后更佳。Objective To investigate the effect of butylphthalide on functional prognosis and expressions of Hcy,CRP,D2polymer and FIB in blood of patients with ischemic stroke.Methods The patients were divided into the control group and the butylphthalide group.The control group received conventional treatment;the butylphthalide group received conventional treatment combined with butylphthalide treatment.The functional prognosis was assessed by the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),Alberta Stroke Program Early CT Score(ASPECTS),and the Barthel index(daily living ability).The expressions of Hcy,CRP,D2polymer and FIB were detected by means of circulating enzyme,immune scattering turbidimetry,immunoscatterometry and thrombin.Results After treatment,the NIHSS scores in both groups decreased,with those of the butylphthalide group lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The ASPECTS score and Barthel index increased in both groups,with that of the butylphthalide group higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The butylphthalide group had lower expressions of Hcy,D2polymer,FIB,and CRP than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Butylphthalide has better effect on neurological function and prognosis in patients with acute ischemic stroke.
