摘  要:汽车结构件用铝合金压铸件相比传统的铝合金压铸件,由于连接工艺、碰撞安全和整车耐久等需求,不仅要求具备良好的强度,还要求具备优良的韧性,因此长期以来均采用高真空压铸工艺,并结合高强韧的可热处理强化AlSi10MnMg合金来制造。然而,随着节能减排汽车的快速发展,铝合金压铸结构件的轻量化、集成化和大型化对压铸合金提出了很多新的性能要求,包括良好的铸造性能、流动性,以及无需热处理,在铸造态下就具备优异的强度与韧性等。本研究将目前的汽车结构件用非热处理压铸合金分为Al-Si系和Al-Mg系两大类,并对每种合金的化学成分、强化相组成、力学性能和铸造性能等进行了总结与分析。Aluminum alloy die castings for automotive structural parts require not only good strength, but also high ductility due to the requirements of joining process, crash safety and vehicle durability. Therefore, these castings were manufactured by integrated technologies of high vacuum pressure die casting process and heat treatable strong and ductile AlSi10MnMg alloy. However, with the rapid development of energy saving and emission reduction vehicles,lightweight, integration and enlargement of structural die castings pose many new challenges for die casting alloy,which include good castability, fluidity, and excellent strength and ductility in as cast(non-heat treatment) condition.This paper classifies non-heat treatment die casting alloys into two categories: Al-Si series and Al-Mg series,summarizes and analyzes the chemical composition, phase constitution, mechanical properties and castability of each alloy.
