摘  要:创新实践能力是人才培养的重要目标之一。以竞赛工作室和创新团队为载体,以科技竞赛为依托,以科技竞赛和创新实践成果为考核目标,以点带面,建立发挥学生主观能动性的有特色的科技竞赛自主组织与自主管理模式。将创新教育融入竞赛,以科技竞赛促创新,以创新反哺科技竞赛,建立科技竞赛的项目组织管理的长效运行机制,是创新教育实践的有效途径和长效机制的一次有益探索。Innovative and practical ability is one of the important goals of talent training. Taking the competition studio and innovation team as the carrier,relying on the science and technology competition,taking the science and technology competition and innovation practice achievements as the assessment objectives,taking the point to the surface,a characteristic independent organization and management mode of science and technology competition is established to give full play to the subjective initiative of students. Integrating innovation education into competition,promoting innovation with science and technology competition,feeding science and technology competition with innovation,establishing a long-term effective operation mechanism of project organization and management of science and technology competition is an effective approach to innovative educational practice and a useful exploration of long-term mechanism.
