摘 要:目的:探讨新冠疫情下,引入思维导图在消化内科线上实习教学中的应用及效果。方法:选取2020年2月-5月期间在四川大学华西医院消化内科进行线上实习的38名临床医学五年制学生作为实验组,在其线上教学中引入思维导图的教学方法,并与2019年8月-12月期间在消化内科进行线下实习的38名五年制学生进行对比,评估这两组学生在教学效果方面的差异以及实验组学生对引入思维导图后的教学感受。结果:在教学效果方面,线上教学引入思维导图后,实验组学生在理论知识和病案分析两方面达到了与线下实习相似的教学效果;在教学感受方面,50%以上的实验组学生认为思维导图能明显加强知识记忆和培养分析能力。结论:在新冠疫情防控的特殊时期,引入思维导图能帮助弥补线上实习教学的不足,值得进一步探索推广。Objective: To explore the application and effect of mind mapping in the online practicing teaching of gastroenterology diseases, during the COVID-19 pandemic.Methods: In the test group, during 2020 February to May, 38 five-year clinical medicine students that taking their online internship in the gastroenterology department of West China hospital Sichuan university were included,and mind mapping was applicated in the online practicing teaching. In the control group, anther 38 five-year clinical medicine students who taking their internship in the gastroenterology department ward during 2019 August to December were chosen. We assessed the difference of teaching effects between the two groups, and the learning experience in the test group.Results: In the aspect of teaching effects, there were no differences in the theoretical knowledge learning and case analysis found between the two groups. In the aspect of learning experience, more than 50% students of the test group agreed that the mind mapping significantly strengthen their knowledge memory and analytical skills.Conclusion: During the COVID-19 pandemic, mind mapping could help to make up the shortage of online practicing teaching, and need to be further studied and promoted.
