摘  要:以支管平衡压力作为成形加载路径的主要影响因素,与内压力和轴向位移进行组合分析,阐明加载路径的主要影响因素之间的相互关系。基于响应曲面法和ABAQUS有限元数值模拟,研究成形加载路径参数中间内压、内压变化时间、中间位移、位移变化时间和平衡压力分别对减薄率和支管高度的影响规律,获得减薄率和支管高度的回归预测模型,并通过内高压成形试验验证优化模型的有效性与正确性。研究结果表明优化后的成形加载参数如下:平衡压力为7.82 MPa,中间压力为46.98 MPa,内压变化时间为0.02 s,中间位移为11.76 mm,位移变化时间为0.05 s。采用优化参数成形的T型三通管质量较好,减薄率为19.9%;支管高度达17.10 mm,与模型预测结果相对误差小于10%。The quilibrium pressure of branch pipe was taken as the main influence factor of forming loading path,and the matching analysis with internal pressure and axial displacement was carried out to clarify the relationship between the main influence factors of loading path.Based on response surface method and ABAQUS finite element numerical simulation,the effects of intermediate internal pressure,internal pressure change time,intermediate displacement,displacement change time and equilibrium pressure on thinning rate and branch height were studied.The regression prediction model of thinning rate and branch height was obtained.The effectiveness and correctness of the optimization model were verified by internal high pressure forming experiments.The results show that the optimized loading parameters are as follows:the equilibrium pressure is 7.82 MPa,the intermediate pressure is 46.98 MPa,the internal pressure change time is 0.02 s,the intermediate displacement 11.76 mm and the displacement change time is 0.05 s.With the optimized loading parameters,the quality of T-tube formed by optimized parameters is better,the thinning rate is 19.9%,the height of branch is 17.10 mm,and the relative error is less than 10%.
