摘  要:目的 采用Meta分析方法比较新型Flash-free粘接系统与传统粘接剂预置(adhesive precoated,APC)和手动(operator-coated,OPC)托槽粘接系统的粘接性能。方法 在中英文数据库中搜索和纳入符合标准的随机对照体外试验,进行文献筛选和数据收集。用Review Manager 5.3进行统计分析,并进行异质性检验,敏感性分析和发表偏倚检验。结果 共纳入8篇随机对照体外试验。结果表明,与传统粘接系统相比,新型Flash-free粘接系统显著减少了粘接后的残余粘接剂和托槽粘接时间,并且其粘接强度没有下降。结论 现有的证据表明,相比传统的粘接剂预置和手动粘接系统,Flash-free粘接系统可能是未来托槽粘接更好的选择之一。Objective To compare the bonding performance of the novel Flash-free and the conventional adhesive precoated (APC) and operator-coated (OPC) bonding systems using meta-analysis method. Methods Chinese and English databases were searched for potentially eligible studies. Study selection and data collection were conducted independently. Statistical analysis was performed by Review Manager 5.3. The heterogeneity test,sensitivity analysis and publication bias test were conducted in the included studies. Results Eight randomized controlled trials were included. The results of the meta-analysis showed that Flash-free significantly decreased the excess adhesive and bonding time compared to APC bonding system. And no significant differences were found in shear bond strength (SBS) between Flash-free and APC and OPC bonding systems. Conclusion Based on the evidence so far available, Flash-free bonding system might be a better option for bracket bonding compared to the conventional bonding systems.
