摘 要:剪切型软钢阻尼器是一种有效的减震耗能装置,耗能板具有弹塑性变形能力强,滞回曲线稳定饱满,成本较低等优点。软钢阻尼器发生疲劳损伤时,易产生塑性变形的累积损伤,在等幅与变幅荷载作用下,阻尼器的疲劳寿命与剪切应变幅值满足经典Manson-Coffin公式。本文通过分析滞回曲线中塑性变形累积过程,计算疲劳破坏时的累积塑性变形量。基于Minner损伤累加准则,运用了一种基于累积塑性变形的剪切型软钢阻尼器疲劳寿命评估方法,将CPD累积率的试验结果与疲劳损伤值对比验证,得到误差可控制在15%以内,CPD累积率能够预测损伤程度的结论。The low-yield-point steel shear panel damper is an effective shock absorption and energy dissipation device.The energy dissipation plate has the advantages of strong elastic-plastic deformation ability,stable and full hysteresis curve and low cost.When the low-yield-point steel shear panel damper suffers fatigue damage,it is easy to produce cumulative damage of plastic deformation.The fatigue life and shear strain amplitude of the damper satisfy the classic Manson-Coffin formula under the action of constant and variable amplitude loads.In this paper,the cumulative plastic deformation of fatigue failure is calculated by analyzing the accumulation process of plastic deformation in the hysteresis curve.Based on the Minner damage accumulation criterion,a fatigue life assessment method of low-yield-point steel shear panel damper based on accumulated plastic deformation was applied.The experimental results of accumulation rate and fatigue damage value were compared and verified.It was concluded that the error could be controlled within 15%and the accumulation rate could predict the damage degree.
