摘　　要：基于行为线索的经口喂养模式指喂养者通过对早产儿所呈现的行为线索进行持续、动态的评估,来决策并提供不同的经口喂养策略。该文对NICU早产儿基于行为线索的经口喂养模式的发展背景、发展现状、理论基础、影响因素及经口喂养的准备度评估、吸吮质量评估、支持性策略等实施方法进行综述,旨在为国内NICU开展基于行为线索的早产儿经口喂养模式提供参考。Behavioral cue-based oral feeding pattern means that feeders make decisions and provide different oral feeding strategies through continuous and dynamic evaluation of the behavioral cues presented by premature infants.This paper reviewed the development background,development situation,theoretical basis,influencing factors and oral feeding readiness assessment,sucking quality evaluation,supporting strategy implementation method of behavioral cue-based oral feeding pattern for preterm infants in NICU. It aimed to provide the references to carry out the be-havioral cue-based oral feeding pattern of premature infants at domestic NICU.
