摘　　要：高质量就业作为高质量教育体系的重要内容,主要包括就业能力、就业认可、就业协同、就业价值四个方面。思想政治理论课程、就业指导课程、专业知识课程、人文素养课程作为大学生就业观培育、价值引导的核心课程,也是培养大学生高质量就业的主要课程。以高质量就业为目标引领,推动四课联动课程思政,既是国家战略发展的新要求,也是新时代大学生素质发展的新需求,更承担着培养大学生成为德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人的育人重任。As an important part of the high-quality education system,high-quality employment mainly covers four aspects:employability,employment recognition,employment synergy and employment value.deological and political education theory courses,employment guidance courses,professional knowledge courses and humanistic quality courses are the core courses for the cultivation of College Students'employment outlook and the guidance of value orientation,It is also the main course to cultivate college students'high-quality employment.Guided by the goal of high-quality employment,promote the linkage of four courses and ideological and political education,It is not only the new requirement of national strategic development,but also the new demand for the quality development of college students in the new era,More importantly,it undertakes the important task of educating college students to become socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique and beauty.
