摘　　要：调查分析21世纪后我国主要工农产品人均产量、价格、利润、产品创新、机械制造和智能化等情况,显示21世纪前我国农产品缺少精深加工,21世纪后我国经济迅速发展,农产品产量、加工技术和装备水平逐渐提高,食品加工企业数量、营业收入和利润等发生重大变化。但我国农产品市场广阔,在中高端装备和标准化研究等方面仍存在短板。通过阐述中国农产品加工业近20年整体发展情况,为产业发展及政策保障等提供参考。The per capita output,price,profit,product innovation,machinery manufacturing and intelligentization of main industrial and agricultural products in China after the 21st century were investigated and analyzed.It is shown that before the 21st century,Chinese agricultural products lacked of deep processing.After entering the new century,China's economy developed rapidly,the production of agricultural products,processing technology and equipment levels had gradually increased,and the number of food processing enterprises,operating income and profits had undergone significant changes.Chinese agricultural market is broad,but there are still shortboards in high-end equipment and standardization research.The overall development of Chinese agricultural product processing industry in recent 20 years was expounded,which provides a reference for industrial development and policy guarantee.
