哌甲酯对良性癫痫合并多动症患儿的认知功能及脑电θ/β比值的影响

摘　　要：目的探究盐酸哌甲酯对伴中央颞区棘波的小儿良性癫痫(BECT)合并多动综合征(ADHD)患儿的认知功能及脑电θ/β比值的改变。方法选取我科2018年7月~2020年7月期间93例BECT合并ADHD患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分成两组,对照组46例给予丙戊酸镁治疗,观察组47例增加盐酸哌甲酯治疗,对比两组患儿癫痫发作情况、认知功能、脑电θ/β比值、焦虑抑郁情绪,以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组简易精神状态检测量表(MMSE)、韦氏儿童智力量表第四版(WISC-Ⅳ)评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组癫痫发作情况低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组脑电θ/β比值低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组儿童社交焦虑量表(SASC)评分、儿童抑郁自评量表(DSRS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论丙戊酸镁与盐酸哌甲酯联合用药治疗BECT合并ADHD患儿,能够提高患儿认知功能,降低脑电θ/β比值,且安全性较高。Objective To investigate the effects of methylphenidate hydrochloride on cognitive function and eegθ/βratio in children with benign epilepsy(BECT)combined with hyperactivity syndrome(ADHD)with central temporal spines.Methods During July 2018 to July 2020,93 cases of BECT merger of ADHD children in our department were selected and divided into two group using the random number table method,the control group(n=46)were treated by magnesium valproic acid,while the observation group(n=47)increased ritalin treatment.The epileptic seizures,cognitive function,EEGg theta/beta ratio,anxiety,depression,and the occurrence of adverse reactions between two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of MMSE and WISC-Ⅳin the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The seizure of observation group was lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Theθ/βratio in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of children social Anxiety Scale(SASC)and Children self-rating Depression Scale(DSRS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The combination of magnesium valproate and methylphenidate hydrochloride in the treatment of BECT combined with ADHD can improve the cognitive function and reduce theθ/βratio of eeg,with high safety.
