盐酸舍曲林对冠心病介入术后合并抑郁患者精神状态、炎性因子及可溶性P选择素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探究盐酸舍曲林应用冠心病(CHD)介入术后合并抑郁患者的价值。方法纳入本科CHD介入术后合并抑郁患者93例,以随机数字表法分为两组,对照组46例给予常规治疗及普通心理干预,观察组47例在对照组基础上联合舍曲林治疗,对比治疗后两组患者精神状态、炎性反应水平及可溶性P选择素(SP-selectin)、一氧化碳(NO)及血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)水平。结果治疗后,观察组汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分水平较对照组低(P<0.05);炎性反应水平较对照组低(P<0.05);SP-selectin、ET-1水平较对照组低(P<0.05),NO水平较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论盐酸舍曲林应用CHD介入术后合并抑郁患者中可有效改善精神状态,降低炎性反应及SP-selectin水平。Objective To explore the value of sertraline hydrochloride in patients with depression after coronary heart disease(CHD)intervention.Methods A total of 93 undergraduate patients with depression after CHD intervention were enrolled.They were divided into two groups by random number table.46 cases in the control group were given conventional treatment and normal psychological intervention,and 47 cases in the observation group were combined with sertraline hydrochloride on the basis of the control group After treatment,the mental state,inflammatory response level,soluble P-selectin(SP-selectin),carbon monoxide(NO)and plasma endothelin-1(ET-1)levels were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results After treatment,the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)scores in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).The inflammatory response level was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of SP-selectin and ET-1 were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of NO were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sertraline hydrochloride can effectively improve the mental state and reduce the inflammatory response and SP-selectin levels in patients with depression after CHD intervention.
