摘　　要：目的探讨艾司西酞普兰辅助治疗功能性胃肠病(FGIDs)伴焦虑抑郁患者的效果。方法选取我科2018年8月~2020年12月期间117例FGIDs伴焦虑抑郁障碍患者作为研究对象,按照抽签的方式分为两组。对照组58例给予莫沙必利联合匹维溴胺治疗,观察组59例在对照组基础上联合艾司西酞普兰治疗,对比两组患者胃排空率、负面情绪、相关胃肠激素指标、植物神经功能紊乱情况。结果观察组胃排空率、胃泌素水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、胃动素水平、交感神经亢进型、迷走神经亢进型与不稳定型人数较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论艾司西酞普兰联合匹维溴胺及莫沙必利治疗FGIDs伴焦虑抑郁患者效果好,能够改善患者肠胃功能。Objective To analyze the effect of escitalopram in adjuvant treatment of patients with functional gastrointestinal diseases(FGIDs)with anxiety and depression.Methods 117 patients with FGIDs with anxiety and depression disorder in our department from August 2018 to December 2020 were selected and divided into two groups.The 58 patients in the control group were treated with mosapride combined with pinaverium bromide,and the 59 patients in the observation group were treated with escitalopram on the basis of the control group.The gastric emptying rate,negative emotions,and related gastrointestinal hormones were compared between the two groups.Results The gastric emptying rate and gastrin level of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)scores,motilin levels,sympathetic hyperactivity,the number of hyperactive and unstable vagus nerves in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Escitalopram combined with pinaverium bromide and mosapride are effective in the treatment of FGIDs patients with anxiety and depression,which can improve the gastrointestinal function of the patients and reduce the symptoms of depression.
