口服地西泮对行心脏彩超检查的焦虑患者情绪及检查准确度的影响

摘　　要：目的探析行心脏彩超检查的焦虑患者口服地西泮片对其情绪及检查准确度的影响。方法选择我院2019年3月~2021年9月收治的焦虑症需行心脏彩色多普勒超声检查的患者91例,按照随机数字法分为两组,对照组45例在检查前给予心理干预,观察组46例在行心脏彩超检查时口服地西泮片镇静。观察两组检查过程中生命体征、检查结果、安静状态、焦虑抑郁、面色、瞳孔及皮肤色泽变化。结果观察组心率、呼吸频率较对照组低,血氧饱和度较对照组高(P<0.05);检查耗时方面比较,观察组短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组皮肤色泽、面色、瞳孔变化为2例,对照组为12例,观察组少于对照组(P<0.05);对照组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton Anxiety Scale,HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton Depression Scale,HAMD)评分检查后较检查前增高(P<0.05),观察组检查前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且检查后观察组HAMA、HAMD评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论焦虑症患者进行心脏彩超检查时口服地西泮片,可改善患者心理状态,使患者在检查过程中生命体征平稳,安静的配合检查,使检查结果既准确,耗时又短。Objective Analyze the effect of oral diazepam tablets on the emotional state and accuracy of the patients with anxiety disorders undergoing cardiac color Doppler ultrasound examination.Methods We selected 91 patients with anxiety who were admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to September 2021 and required cardiac color Doppler ultrasound examination.They were divided into two groups according to the random number method.45 cases in the control group were given psychological intervention before the examination.46 patients in the observation group were sedated by oral diazepam tablets tablets during cardiac color Doppler ultrasound examination.Observe the changes in vital signs,examination results,quiet state,anxiety and depression,complexion,pupils and skin color during the two groups of examinations.Results The observation group’s heart rate and respiratory rate were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The blood oxygen saturation was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group took less time to check than the control group(P<0.05).The changes in complexion and pupils were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)scores in the control group were higher after the examination than before the examination(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the observation group before and after the examination(P>0.05),and after the examination the HAMA and HAMD scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral diazepam tablets during cardiac color Doppler ultrasound examination for patients with anxiety disorders can improve the patient’s mental state,make the patient’s vital signs stable during the examination,and quietly cooperate with the examination,so that the examination results are accurate,time-consuming is short,and no adverse reactions occur.High security.
