摘　　要：目的探讨直肠癌永久性肠造口患者合并抑郁的影响因素。方法选择2019年1月~2021年1月我院收治的84例直肠癌永久性肠造口患者为研究对象,采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)调查患者抑郁情绪发生情况,比较两组性别、年龄、肿瘤分期等一般资料,采用单因素分析与多因素分析调查直肠癌永久性肠造口患者合并抑郁的影响因素。结果84例直肠癌永久性肠造口患者合并抑郁44例,发生率52.38%;多因素Logistic回归分析显示,女性、年龄<45岁、家庭收入低、有造口相关并发症、在职、自护能力差是直肠癌永久性肠造口患者合并抑郁的独立危险因素。结论直肠癌永久性肠造口患者合并抑郁发生率较高,可能受到性别、年龄、家庭收入、并发症、工作状态、自护能力等的影响,应采取针对性措施减低抑郁发生率。Objective To explore the factors influencing of depression in rectal cancer patients with permanent enterostomy.Methods A total of 84 rectal cancer patients with permanent enterostomy admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects.The incidence of depression in patients was investigated by Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS),and general information such as gender,age and tumor stage between the two groups were compared.Univariate analysis and multivariate analysis were used to investigate the risk factors of depression in rectal cancer patients with permanent enterostomy.Results Depression occurred in 44 of 84 patients,with an incidence of 52.38%;Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that female,age<45 years old,low family income,ostomy-related complications,employment,and poor self-care ability were independent risk factors for depression in rectal cancer patients with permanent enterostomy.Conclusion There is a high incidence of depression among rectal cancer patients with permanent enterostomy,which may be affected by gender,age,family income,complications,working status,self-care ability,so targeted measures should be taken to reduce the incidence of depression.
