联合筋膜鞘悬吊术治疗中重度上睑下垂的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的 采用Meta分析评价联合筋膜鞘(conjoint fascial sheath,CFS)悬吊术治疗中重度上睑下垂患者的矫正有效率及并发症发生率。方法 计算机检索中国知网、万方、维普、PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library,Web of Science,检索时限为从建库至2021年12 月31日发表的文献,以联合筋膜鞘悬吊术上睑下垂的矫正有效率及并发症发生率为评价指标,由2名研究者独立筛选文献,提取资料并评价纳入研究的偏倚风险后,采用 Stata 17.0 软件进行Meta分析。结果 共纳入29个研究,总样本量1441例。Meta分析结果显示联合筋膜鞘悬吊术治疗中重度上睑下垂的矫正有效率为98%[95%CI(96%,99%)],并发症发生率为8%[95%CI(5%,11%)]。结论 当前证据表明联合筋膜鞘悬吊术治疗中重度上睑下垂效果明显,并发症少,为一种治疗中重度上睑下垂的有效术式。Objective To evaluate the effect and complication of patients with moderate and severe ptosis treated with conjoint fascial sheath suspension.Methods The literatures which were published from the establishment of database to December 31,2021 about the treatment of conjoint fascial sheath suspension in blepharoptosis in CNKI,Wan Fang,VIP,PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library,Web of Science were searched.The evaluation indexes are the effective rate of treatment and complication rate.Two researchers independently screened the literatures,extracted data and evaluated the bias risk of included studies,and Stata 17.0 was used for Meta-analysis.Results 29 studies (1441 cases) were included.This meta-analysis showed that the effective rate of conjoint fascial sheath suspension in the treatment of moderate and severe blepharoptosis was 98%[95%CI (96%,99%)],and the rate of complications was 8%[95%CI (5%,11%)].Conclusion Current evidence shows that conjoint fascial sheath suspension is effective and less complication in treating moderate and severe blepharoptosis.It is a useful operation for moderate and severe blepharoptosis.
