摘　　要：目的采用调查问卷调查普通人群和正畸医师颊部丰满度的审美差异,了解颊部丰满度对面部美观评价的影响。方法1.选取面部协调美观的青年女性图片,截取其颧骨以下面部结构。2.用Adobe photoshop CC2处理形成7个不同颊部丰满度的图片,结合NRS-11制成调查问卷。3.考评调查问卷的信度和效度,调查31名正畸医师和37名普通人群颊部丰满度的美观评价差异。结果1.不同颊部丰满度美观评分差异具有统计学意义(正畸医师=212.294,P<0.001,普通人群=92.703,P<0.001)。2.颊部丰满度由+3mm至-3mm,正畸医生和普通人群的美观评分均先上升后下降。正畸医师认为颊部丰满度+2mm至-2mm间为美观(NRS评分>5),普通人群认为颊部丰满度+1mm至-2mm间为美观。3.正畸医师认为颊部丰满度为0mm时最美观,而普通人群认为颊部丰满度为-1mm时最美观。结论颊部软组织丰满度会影响面部美观评分,与正畸医师相比,普通人群更喜欢相对瘦削的颊部。Objective In order to understand the influence of b cheek fullness on facial aesthetics evaluation,a questionnaire was used to investigate the aesthetic difference of buccal fullness between the general population and orthodontists.Methods 1.A young woman with beautiful facial harmony was selected and her facial structure below the cheekbone was captured;2.Processed with Adobe photoshop CC2 to form 7 pictures of different cheek fullness,combined with NRS-11 to make a questionnaire;3.Evaluate the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,investigate the difference in aesthetic evaluation of the cheek fullness between 31 orthodontists and 37 general population.Results 1.The esthetic scores of different cheek fullness were statistically significant(orthodontic=212.294,P<0.001,general population=92.703,P<0.001).2.The cheek fullness changed from-3mm to+3mm,the esthetic scores of orthodontists and the general population increased first and then decreased.The cheek fullness between+2mm and-2mm was considered aesthetic by orthodontists(NRS score>5),and the cheek fullness between+1mm and-2mm was considered aesthetic by the general population.3.Orthodontists think that the cheek is the most beautiful when the degree of change is 0mm,while the general population thinks that the cheek is the most beautiful when the degree of change is-1mm.3.Orthodontists considered cheek fullness of 0mm to be the most beautiful,while the general population considered buccal fullness of-1mm to be the most beautiful.Conclusions cheek fullness affects facial aesthetic scores,and the general population prefers relatively thin cheek than orthodontists.
