摘  要:根据自走式采棉机作业工况行驶要求,结合液压机械无级变速器传动原理和发动机特性曲线,对发动机输出转速通过PT(一阶低通滤波器)与目标转速的偏差通过比例微分调节器(PI)进行控制,并建立离合器液压动态系统和自走式采棉机液压机械无级变速器动态仿真模型。根据液压机械无级变速器换挡控制策略,通过液压机械无级变速器纯液压段H挡、液压机械段HM1、HM2挡分析发动机输出转速、车辆燃油消耗率、车辆行驶速度以及车辆行驶位移。为进一步研究国产大功率自走式采棉机的应用提供理论依据。According to the operating conditions of the self-propelled cotton picker,the deviation between the output speed of the engine through PT(first-order low-pass filter)and the target speed is controlled by proportional differential regulator(PI)in combination with the transmission principle of the continuously variable transmission of hydraulic machinery and the characteristic curve of the engine.The dynamic simulation models of clutch hydraulic dynamic system and self-propelled cotton picker hydraulic mechanical CVT are established.According to the shift control strategy of hydraulic mechanical CVT,the engine output speed,vehicle fuel consumption rate,vehicle driving speed and vehicle driving displacement were analyzed through H block,HM1 and HM2 block of hydraulic mechanical CVT pure hydraulic section.It provides a theoretical basis for further research on the application of domestic high-power self-propelled cotton picker.
