摘　　要：目的探讨HOXB9在子宫内膜癌(UCEC)中的表达水平及临床意义。方法选取TCGA数据库来源的UCEC组织作为在线数据库研究对象,选取2014年4月—2017年5月本院收治的48例UCEC患者为临床研究对象,利用GEPIA数据库分析HOXB9基因在UCEC中的表达水平并用免疫组化方法进行鉴定,并分析HOXB9的表达与UCEC临床病理特征的关系,以及与免疫细胞浸润和患者预后的相关性。结果HOXB9的免疫组化表达得分显著高于正常增生的子宫内膜(t=26.921,P<0.001)。免疫浸润分析结果显示,HOXB9与激活的树突状细胞(aDC)浸润呈正相关(r=0.120,P=0.005)。临床标本中HOXB9高表达组的淋巴结转移以及脉管转移的比例均显著高于低表达组(P<0.05),HOXB9低表达组的总生存率(OS)均明显高于HOXB9高表达组(P<0.001)。结论UCEC组织中HOXB9表达上调,并且与脉管转移和淋巴结转移有关,可以作为UCEC有价值的预后标志物。Objective To investigate the expression level and clinical significance of HOXB9 in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma(UCEC).Methods In this study,the UCEC organization from the TCGA database was selected as the online database research object,and 48 UCEC patients admitted to our hospital from April 2014 to May 2017 were selected as the clinical research objects.GEPIA database was used to analyze the level of HOXB9 gene in UCEC and use immunohistochemical methods to identify it,analyze the relationship between the expression of HOXB9 and the clinicopathological characteristics of UCEC,as well as its correlation with immune cell infiltration and patient prognosis.Results The immunohistochemical expression scores of HOXB9 in clinically derived UCEC tissues were significantly higher than those of normal hyperplastic endometrium(t=26.921,P<0.001).The results of immune infiltration analysis showed that HOXB9 was positively correlated with the infiltration of activated dendritic cells(aDC)(r=0.120,P=0.005).In clinical specimens,the proportion of lymph node metastasis and vascular metastasis in the HOXB9 high expression group was significantly higher than that in the low expression group(P<0.05).The overall survival rate(OS)of the HOXB9 low expression group was both significantly higher than the HOXB9 high expression group(P<0.001).Conclusion The expression of HOXB9 in UCEC tissues is up-regulated,and it is related to vascular metastasis and lymph node metastasis,and can be used as a valuable prognostic marker of UCEC.
