摘  要:农村幼儿园园长专业素养是决定农村学前教育质量的关键因素。以中国、美国、加拿大、新西兰四国幼儿园园长专业标准核心指标为依据,对北京市和贵州省976位农村幼儿园园长开展专业素养自我评估问卷调查发现:在任职资格方面,超过1/5的农村幼儿园园长无证上岗,超过四成的农村幼儿园园长不具备学前教育专业背景;在专业素养方面,农村幼儿园园长对其组织管理素养较为自信,但在其教育教学素养和价值领导素养上缺乏自信。学历、教龄、自我发展规划能力、管理制度等是影响农村幼儿园园长专业素养的主要因素。对此建议:规范农村幼儿园园长专业任职资质要求,健全任职管理制度;增强农村幼儿园园长自我规划意识,激发其内部发展动力;聚焦农村幼儿园园长专业素养提升薄弱项,提高培训针对性和有效性;落实工资福利和职称评聘向农村倾斜的政策,增强农村幼儿园园长队伍稳定性。The professional quality of the principals of rural kindergartens is a key factor determining the quality of rural preschool education.Based on the core indicators of professional standards for kindergarten principals in China,the United States,Canada and New Zealand,a self-assessment questionnaire survey has been conducted on the professional quality of 976 kindergarten principals in Beijing and Guizhou Province.It finds that in terms of qualifications,more than 1/5 of rural kindergarten principals have been employed without certificates,and more than 40%of rural kindergarten principals haven’t had the professional background of preschool education;that in terms of professional quality,the principals of rural kindergartens are more confident in their organizational management quality,but lacks confidence in their education and teaching quality and value leadership quality.Educational background,teaching age,self-development planning ability and management system are the main factors affecting the professional quality of rural kindergarten principals.It suggests that the professional qualification requirements of rural kindergarten principals should be standardized,and the management system should be improved;that the self-planning awareness of rural kindergarten principals should be enhanced,and their internal development motivation should be stimulated;the weak points in improving the professional quality of rural kindergarten principals should be focused on,and the pertinence and effectiveness of the training should be improved;and that the policies of giving preference to rural areas in salary,welfare and professional title evaluation and employment should be implemented to enhance the stability of the team of rural kindergarten principals.
