摘 要:为探讨玄武岩纤维在重载路面中的路用性能及其路面结构的力学响应,对不同掺量玄武岩纤维沥青混合料与路面结构进行研究,通过高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、浸水马歇尔和冻融劈裂试验对玄武岩纤维SMA-13沥青混合料的高低温及水稳性能进行评价,并基于ABAQUS有限元程序对路面结构在累计荷载作用下的力学响应进行分析。结果表明:玄武岩纤维沥青混合料高温、低温、水稳性能要明显优于木质素纤维沥青混合料,最佳掺量为0.3%;玄武岩纤维沥青路面上面层变形量最大,且纤维对集中于中面层的车辙变形影响尤为显著。室内试验和有限元模拟结果表明,玄武岩纤维对SBS沥青路面的改善效果显著,且ABAQUS有限元程序在研究玄武岩纤维路面结构力学性能时能够起到良好的作用。To explore the pavement performance of basalt fiber in heavy-duty pavement and the mechanical response of the pavement structure,the different content of basalt fiber asphalt mixture and pavement structure are studied.The high and low temperature and water stability performance of basalt fiber SMA-13 modified asphalt mixture are evaluated through high-temperature stability,low-temperature crack resistance,water immersion Marshall and freeze-thaw splitting tests.The study is also based on the ABAQUS finite element analysis of the mechanical response of the pavement structure under the cumulative load.The results show that the high temperature,low temperature,and water stability of basalt fiber modified asphalt mixture are significantly better than that of lignin fiber modified asphalt mixture,and the optimal content is 0.3%;the deformation of the upper layer of the basalt fiber asphalt pavement is the largest,and the fiber has a significant influence on the rutting deformation concentrated in the middle layer.The test and finite element simulation results show that basalt fiber has a significant improvement effect on SBS asphalt pavement,and ABAQUS finite element can play agood role in studying the mechanical properties of basalt fiber pavement structure.
