摘  要:目的对一起由吉韦沙门菌引起的食物中毒进行同源性分析及药敏分析,为制定防治和临床用药措施提供依据。方法对采集的肛拭子、食品、环境标本按照相应标准进行病原鉴定,对分离出的吉韦沙门菌进行PFGE试验,采用BioNumerics 7.6软件进行同源性分析,使用微量肉汤稀释法进行药物敏感试验,用于耐药分析。结果食品中检出的2株菌株和患者中检出的4株菌株同源性为100%,从业人员中检出的1株菌株与其仅有2条条带的差别,同源性为88.9%,患者和食品中检出的菌株药敏结果一致,对四环素、复方新诺明、氨苄西林、阿奇霉素均耐药。结论引起此次食物中毒事件的是吉韦沙门菌,来源于患者、食品和从业人员的菌株高度同源,分离的吉韦沙门菌为多重耐药菌。Objective To carry out molecular typing and drug resistance analysis of Salmonella givein a food poisoning,in order to provide reference for epidemic prevention and control and clinical use.Methods Pathogen identification was carried out on the collected anal swabs,food and environmental samples according to the corresponding standards.Pulse field gel electrophoresis(PFGE)test was carried out on the isolated Salmonella give.Homology analysis was carried out by BioNumerics 7.6 software,and drug sensitivity test was carried out by microbroth dilution method for drug resistance analysis.Results The homology of 2 strains detected in the food and 4 strains detected in the patient was 100%,and the homology of 1 strain detected in the practitioners was 88.9%.The drug sensitivity of the strains detected in the patients and the food was consistent,and they were resistant to tetracycline,cotrimoxazole,ampicillin and azithromycin.Conclusion The food poisoning was caused by Salmonella give,which was highly homologous from the strains in patients,food and employees.The isolated Salmonella give was multi-drug resistant.
