摘  要:目的了解宁波市海曙区本地种植常见种类蔬菜重金属铅(Pb)污染状况,并评估其污染程度。方法采集宁波市海曙区本地种植常见种类蔬菜,运用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定其Pb的含量,同时进行卫生质量和污染程度评价。结果共采集海曙区本地种植主要种类蔬菜24类885份,Pb检出率为25.20%;检出率最高的为韭菜,为64.86%;检出率超过50%的蔬菜还有大蒜、菠菜、小白菜。蔬菜中Pb平均含量为0.026 mg/kg,超标率为2.71%,主要以根茎类蔬菜超标为主;蔬菜中Pb的总单因子污染指数为0.18,24类蔬菜中Pb的单因子污染指数为0.04~0.41,均<0.7,所有种类蔬菜重金属污染程度评价为优良等级。结论宁波市海曙区本地种植常见蔬菜中重金属Pb含量污染程度评价为优良等级,但存在个别样本重金属含量超标现象。Objective To investigate the lead(Pb)contamination status in the common vegetables in Haishu District of Ningbo City and to evaluate the health risk of them.Methods Common vegetable samples planted in Haishu District of Ningbo City were collected and then the concentration of Pb was analyzed by using an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS),and finally the hygienic quality and the pollution degree were assessed.Results A total of 885 pieces of 24 kinds of local vegetables were collected,and the detection rate of Pb was 25.20%;leek had the highest detection rate,accounting for64.86%;the detection rate of garlic,spinach,and pakchoi were all over 50%.The average concentration of Pb was0.026 mg/kg,with the exceeding standard rate of 2.71%,predominated with root vegetables.The total single factor pollution index of Pb in the vegetables was 0.18 and the single factor pollution index of Pb in 24 kinds of vegetables was 0.04-0.41,which were all less than 0.7,and the pollution degree of all kinds of vegetables was evaluated as good.Conclusion The pollution of Pb in the local common vegetables in Haishu District of Ningbo City was good,but the pollution of Pb in some samples exceeded the standard.
