摘 要:目的通过多种分离鉴定方法检测盲样考核样品鸡肉粉中沙门菌,对比各种检测方法的特点。方法依据GB4789.4—2016《食品安全国家标准食品微生物学检验沙门氏菌检验》对样品进行检测,并采用BAX system Q7全自动病原微生物检测系统和全自动荧光免疫分析仪VIDAS对3个样品进行快速筛查,同时用基质辅助激光解析电离飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF-MS)、VITEK 2 COMPACT全自动细菌鉴定系统对可疑菌株进行分析鉴定。结果编号JS027、JS036和JS044的样品均检出沙门菌。结论以国家标准传统检测方法为基础,辅以多种快捷检测方法,可以确保沙门菌检测结果的准确性。Objective A variety of isolation and identification methods were used to detect Salmonella in chicken powder.Methods The samples were detected according to GB 4789.4-2016National Food Safety Standard Food Microbiology Test Salmonella Test.BAX System Q7 automatic pathogen detection system and automatic fluorescence immunoanalyzer VIDAS were used for rapid screening of the three samples.Matrix assisted laser desorption ionization time of flight mass spectrometry(MALDI-TOF-MS)and VITEK 2 COMPACT were used to analyze and identify the suspicious strains.Results Salmonella was detected in samples JS027,JS036 and JS044.Conclusion Based on the traditional detection method of national standard and supplemented by a variety of fast detection methods,the accuracy of Salmonella detection results could be ensured.
