摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA质量管理工具在核医学科体外分析实验室提高患者检验条形码识别率中的应用及效果。方法对南昌大学第一附属医院核医学科检验条形码识别率低的问题进行PDCA质量管理,调查现状分析原因,确定因地制宜,实施对策检查效果并持续改进等。结果通过PDCA循环活动,核医学科体外分析实验室检验条形码识别率显著提升。结论运用PDCA质量管理模式能有效提高患者检验条形码的识别率,规范检验条形码应用,提高工作效率,保证检验质量。Objective To explore the application and effect of PDCA quality management tool in improving the recognition rate of patient test bar code for in vitro analysis within laboratory of nuclear medicine department.Methods PDCA quality management was carried out for the low bar code recognition rate in the Nuclear Medicine Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University.Current status was investigated and potential causes were analyzed.Rectification measures were determined and countermeasures were implemented.Inspection effect and continuous improvement were carried out.Results The barcode recognition rate was significantly improved after PDCA circulation activity.Conclusion PDCA quality management plays an effective role in improving the recognition rate of patient test bar code.It also standardizes the application of inspection bar code,improves work efficiency and ensures inspection quality.
