摘  要:目的 初步分析和探讨西藏地区青少年手腕关节骨骺发育情况。方法 采用分层抽样法调取西藏自治区13~21岁青少年手腕关节X线片作为研究对象,采用《法庭科学汉族青少年骨龄鉴定技术规程》(GA/T 1583-2019)进行手腕关节处尺骨远端、桡骨远端、第一掌骨、第三五掌骨、近节指骨、中节指骨、远节指骨7个骨骺骨发育分级评价。结果 男、女性手腕关节7个骨骺中,远节指骨骨骺闭合时间最早,尺、桡骨远端骨骺闭合时间最晚,女性青少年手腕关节骨骺发育时间较男性提前1岁左右。结论《法庭科学汉族青少年骨龄鉴定技术规程》(GA/T 1583-2019)中手腕关节骨发育分级标准在一定的误差范围内适用于西藏藏族青少年骨龄评估。Objective To analyze and discuss the development of wrist joint epiphysis in adolescents in Tibet.Methods Stratified sampling method was used to obtain the wrist joint X-ray films of 13~21 years old teenagers in Tibet as the research object, and the development of 7 parts of the wrist joint development stage was graded and evaluated in accordance with the Technical specifications for skeletal age evaluation of han population teenagers in Forensics. Results The sealing time of distal phalangeal epiphysis was the earliest, and that of distal radius and distal ulna was the latest.The development time of wrist epiphysis in female adolescents was about one year earlier than that in male adolescents.Conclusion The grading standards of wrist joint development in the Technical specifications for skeletal age evaluation of han population teenagers in Forensics are applicable to Tibetan teenagers within a certain error range.
