摘　　要：以《保健食品检验技术》课程为载体,将知识、技能传授与价值引领有机融合,在专业课教学中发挥“课程思政”功能,教书育人,立德树人。以“水分的测定”课堂教学为例,浅析在课堂教学过程中如何融入思政元素,通过精心设计,学生不仅掌握了水分测定方法和技能,而且对依法检测、科学规范、诚信报告、爱岗敬业的职业道德和素养有了更深的理解。The course of Health Food Inspection Technology was used as the carrier to analyze how to effectively integrate knowledge and skill teaching and value guidance,and the function of ideological and political education in professional course teaching was exerted,so as to educate people and cultivate people by virtue.Determination of moisture was taken as an example to analyze how to incorporate ideological and political elements in the classroom teaching process.Through the careful design,students not only mastered the methods and skills of moisture measurement,but also had a deeper understanding of the professional ethics and accomplishments of the legal detection,scientific norms,integrity report,love and dedication.
