摘　　要：膀胱癌是泌尿系统的常见癌症,一线治疗方案是手术切除,但术后复发率高。最常见的预防复发和进展的方法是通过膀胱内应用化疗或免疫抑制药物。然而,费用昂贵、不同程度的药物相关副作用及人群耐药性限制了其临床应用。因此,有必要寻求新的安全有效且经济的治疗膀胱癌的协同药物。目前,二甲双胍抗肿瘤研究的流行病学、体内外实验研究已成为新的方向和学术热点。本研究综述二甲双胍减少糖尿病患者膀胱肿瘤的患病及复发风险,抑制膀胱肿瘤细胞生长,增加化疗药物的疗效等抗肿瘤的相关机制及二甲双胍膀胱灌注治疗膀胱癌的研究进展,期望为二甲双胍防治膀胱肿瘤的深入基础研究及临床应用提供理论依据。Bladder cancer is one of the most common cancers in the urinary system.The first-line treatment is surgical resection,but the postoperative recurrence rate is high.The most common way to prevent recurrence and progression is to apply chemotherapy or immunosuppressive drugs in bladder.However,high cost,different degrees of side effects and drug resistance limit its clinical application.Therefore,it is necessary to seek new synergistic drugs that are safe,effective and economical in the treatment of bladder cancer.At present,in epidemiology,in vitro and in vivo experimental research of metformin anti-tumor research has become a new direction and academic hotspot.As discovered in this paper,metformin reduced the risk of bladder tumor disease and recurrence in diabetic patients,inhibited the growth of bladder tumor cells,and increased the efficacy of chemotherapy drugs and other anti-tumor related mechanisms,thus confirming the study progress of metformin bladder perfusion in the therapy of bladder carcinoma and providing a theoretical basis for the in-depth basic study and clinical application of metformin in the prevention and therapy of bladder carcinoma.
