摘 要:卵巢癌是预后最差的妇科恶性肿瘤,癌症转移和复发是其成为致命性疾病的关键原因。卵巢癌干细胞(OCSCs)的生物学特性决定其与卵巢癌的发生、发展密切相关。遗传及表观遗传学改变、上皮—间质转化、肿瘤微环境、治疗压力、免疫及代谢因素均可以调控OCSCs的干性、可塑性和耐药性,协同OCSCs促进卵巢癌的进展、转移、复发和耐药。本研究讨论肿瘤干细胞在卵巢癌中的作用及其调控机制,分析与其相关的卵巢癌靶向治疗及免疫治疗的研究方向,以期提高对该细胞亚群的认识,为卵巢癌的个体化治疗提供新的思路。Ovarian cancer is a gynecological malignacy with the worst prognosis,and the key reason that this cancer becomes a lethal disease is metastasis and recurrence.The biological characteristics of ovarian cancer stem cells(OCSCs)determine that those cells are closely related to the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer.The stemness,plasticity and drug resistance of OCSCs can be regulated by genetic and epigenetic alterations,epithelial-mesenchymal transition,tumor microenvironment,treatment pressures as well as immune and metabolic factors.In this paper,we mainly discussed the role of cancer stem cells and their regulatory mechanisms in ovarian cancer,analyze the research direction of targeted therapy and immunotherapy related to them,so as to improve the understanding of this cell subpopulation and provide new ideas for personalized treatment of ovarian cancer.
