从知识社会学看技术本科院校教师专业发展  

On Teachers’Professional Development in Technical Undergraduate Colleges from the Perspective of Knowledge Sociology

摘  要:技术本科院校作为实施高层次技术教育的高等院校,其办学定位是发展技术应用型人才,其服务对象为现代的服务行业和制造行业。从综合性人才培养和办学定位方面与其他高等院校有着本质的差别,提升此类本科院校任课教师的专业技能,并且从知识社会学层面上研究技术本科院校高质量教师专业的培养与发展。专业化的应用技术知识是提升高校教师专业能力的前提,教师还要进行教、学、研、用的互动,以加速学科建设、推动技术本科院校实现快速成长。Technical undergraduate college shoulder the responsibility of implementing high-level technical education.Their school-running orientation is to cultivate technical application-oriented talents,serving for modern manufacturing and service industry.Such colleges are essentially diff erence from other colleges and universities in training all-round talents and school-running orientation.For improving the professional skills of teachers in such undergraduate colleges,there is a need to make research on the training and development of high-quality teachers from the perspective of sociology of knowledge.Professional applied technical knowledge is the premise to improve college teachers’professional ability.In order to accelerate disciplinary construction and promote the rapid growth of technical undergraduate colleges,teachers should carry out the interaction with teaching,learning,research and application.
