摘　　要：目的了解医学生自我关怀的现状及其影响因素,为高校制订有针对性的心理健康教育干预策略提供基础性参考和方向性指导。方法运用方便整群抽样的方法,采用自我关怀量表、心理弹性量表、生活满意度量表等工具对某医学院校的1685名在校本科生进行调查。结果医学生自我关怀的平均分数为(3.53±0.60)分。多因素分析结果显示,父母是否强势干涉决定、与父母关系是否融洽、心理弹性和生活满意度对医学生的自我关怀得分有影响(P<0.05)。结论医学生自我关怀的程度整体较好;自我关怀的影响因素与父母是否强势干预、与父母的关系、心理弹性和生活满意度所决定。高校仍需掌握具体情况,及时实施针对性措施,以降低不良或恶性事件的发生。Objective To investigate the current situation of medical students’self-compassion and its influencing factors to provide the empirical reference and theoretical basis for psychological interventions in universities.Methods Using the method of convenient cluster sampling,1685 undergraduate students enrolled in a medical school was surveyed using of General Information Questionnaire,Self-Compassion Scale,Psychological Resilience Scale and the Life Satisfaction.Results The score of self-compassion of medical students was 3.53±0.60.Multivariate analysis showed that the main influencing factor of the level of self-compassion were whether their parents will interfere with their decisions,whether they have a harmonious relationship with parents or not,psychological resilience and life satisfaction,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The degree of self-compassion of medical students is good overall,and its influencing factors are whether their parents will interfere with their decisions,whether they have a harmonious relationship with parents,psychological resilience and life satisfaction.Colleges and universities still need to grasp the specific situation and implement targeted measures in time to reduce the occurrence of undesirable or malignant events.
