摘　　要：科研诚信案例是科研诚信事件的完整记录。通过梳理各部委公开的科研诚信案例信息,提取了科研诚信案例的公共属性,并按照本体建模的思路,实现了对科研诚信案例本体的类、属性及关系映射,构建了科研诚信案例本体模型。在此基础上,提出了科研诚信案例库的建设思路与框架。通过研究,实现了科研诚信案例信息的规范化存储、检索与评价,为科研诚信事件决策提供咨询建议,能够有效提升决策的科学性和决策效率。Research integrity cases record completely research integrity events.Sorting out research integrity cases disclosed by national Ministries,this paper extracts the public attributes of these cases,realizes their class mappings,attributes and relationships.Guided by the ontology modeling principle,it constructs an integrity case ontology model.On this basis,it puts forward the construction principle and framework of a research integrity case database.This paper’s research can hopefully realize the standardized storage,retrieval and evaluation of research integrity cases.It may provide consulting suggestions for research integrity event decision-making,and significantly improve decision scientificity and efficiency.
