摘　　要：如何加速发展关键核心技术,需要把握技术发展的自身规律。文章提出关键核心技术演进特征符合梅特卡夫定律,进而通过宏观和微观两个视角分析关键核心技术的规律,并提出若干建议。How to development key technologies requires understanding the principles of technology evolution.This study proposes that the development process of key technologies follows the Metcalf’s Law.Furthermore,this paper presents two principles of the development of key technologies from different angles.Finally,several suggestions are raised.
