摘 要:听神经瘤切除术中通过神经电生理技术来监测耳蜗神经传导的完整性,实时反映术中耳蜗神经功能,以减少潜在的耳蜗神经损伤,从而提高术后听功能保存率。听力监测在术中实时反映是否存在牵拉、缺血、热凝等造成的神经损害,是听神经瘤手术操作中的关键环节,但也存在诸多问题。本文简要概述了目前听神经瘤术中常用的听力监测技术,汇总各自的优势与局限性。Intraoperative auditory monitoring uses a variety of neuroelectrophysiological techniques to monitor the integrity of the cochlear nerve conduction,and reflects the cochlear nerve function during the operation in real time,so as to reduce potential cochlear nerve damage and improve the preservation rate of auditory function after surgery.Auditory monitoring also plays an important role in real-time reflection of whether there is nerve damage caused by stretching,ischemia,thermocoagulation,etc.It is the key link in the operation of acoustic neuroma,but it also has many limitations.This article briefly summarizes the current auditory monitoring techniques commonly used in acoustic neuroma surgery,emphasizing their specific advantages and limitations of their utilization for intraoperative auditory monitoring.
