摘 要:目的研究PBL教学法在中医临床教学查房中的应用效果。方法在文章研究中选取60名进入第三年培训阶段的中医硕士专业学位研究生作为研究对象,培训时间在2020年9月—2021年3月,根据随机数字表法分为观察组30名、对照组30名,观察组采用PBL模式中医教学查房,对照组采用传统中医教学查房,分析并对比两组各项指标。结果教学前,观察组床旁接诊能力、病历书写能力、技能操作能力、教学效果评分和对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经过教学后,观察组床旁接诊能力、病历书写能力、技能操作能力优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组教学效果评分(提高沟通能力、提高自我学习能力、提高科研能力、提高团队协作能力、培养中医临床思维能力)均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PBL教学法在中医临床教学查房中的应用,对培养中医临床综合能力起到积极作用。Objective To study the effect of PBL teaching method in clinical teaching ward round of traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods In this study,60 graduate students of traditional Chinese medicine who entered the third year training stage were selected as the research object The training time was from September 2020 to March 2021.According to the random number table method,they were divided into 30 in the observation group and 30 in the control group.The observation group used PBL mode traditional Chinese medicine teaching ward round and the control group used traditional Chinese medicine teaching ward round.The indexes of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results Before teaching,there was no significant difference in bedside reception ability,medical record writing ability,skill operation ability and teaching effect score between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).After teaching,the bedside reception ability,medical record writing ability and skill operation ability of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of teaching effect in the observation group(improving communication ability,self-learning ability,scientific research ability,team cooperation ability,cultivating TCM clinical thinking ability)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL teaching method in clinical teaching ward round of traditional Chinese medicine plays a positive role in cultivating the clinical comprehensive ability of traditional Chinese medicine.
