摘  要:目前临床教学实践中多采用以问题为导向的教学方法(PBL),该方法存在缺乏实践操作、不能指导患者个体化治疗和教学时间紧张等不足,而以病例为导向的教学方法(CBL)又缺乏系统的理论知识,缺乏对疾病发生发展的系统共性认识。因此PBL和CBL相结合的教学模式在神经内科进修生临床教学中的效果值得重视。在神经内科进修生临床教学中应用PBL与CBL相结合的教学法能更好地提高进修生思考问题、分析问题、解决问题的能力。文章以“阿尔茨海默病”为例,阐明了PBL与CBL相结合的教学方法的优势及开展该方法的具体实施步骤,以更好培养进修生的学习能力和临床工作水平,更好地为患者服务。Problem-based learning(PBL)teaching model has currently been widely used in medical teaching research.However,there are some shortcomings in this method,such as lack of practical operation,inability to guide patients in individualized treatment and lack of teaching time,while the case based learning(CBL)lacks systematic theoretical knowledge and systematic common understanding of the occurrence and development of the disease.The combination of PBL and CBL in clinical teaching of doctors of Neurology has the advantage of combination of knowledge and clinical practice,which may improve the ability of analysis and resolve clinical problems.Taking"Alzheimer's disease"as an example,this paper illustrates the advantages of the teaching method combining PBL and CBL and the specific implementation steps of this method,so as to better cultivate the learning ability and clinical work level of the students,and carry out individual treatments for patients.
