摘 要:目的对基于SPOC辅助的CBL联合PBL教学方法在麻醉实践技能教学中应用效果的评价。方法选取2020年2—10月郑州大学第一附属医院麻醉学专业学位硕士研究生作为研究对象,随机分为两组:对照组(C组)和试验组(S组)。C组采用传统教学方法,S组采取小规模限制性在线课程(small private online course,SPOC)辅助的案例教学(case-based learning,CBL)联合问题导向学习(problem-based learning,PBL)教学方法。比较两组各项学生实践技能考核成绩、带教老师及学生教学满意度评分。结果两组学生在年龄段、性别以及受高等教育程度上对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。S组学生成绩、带教老师及学生教学满意度评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论基于SPOC辅助的CBL联合PBL教学方法在麻醉实践技能教学中使用效果良好,且教学满意度较高,有助于提高专业学位硕士研究生的临床实践能力。Objective To evaluate the application effect of CBL combined with PBL teaching method based on SPOC in anesthesia practice teaching.Methods Postgraduate students from the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from February to October 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group(Group C)and experimental group(Group S).Traditional teaching methods was adopted in Group C,while CBL combined with PBL teaching method based on SPOC adopted in group S.The students'practical skills and teaching satisfaction scores were compared between the two groups.Results There were no statistically significant differences in age,sex or education between the two groups(P>0.05).Practical skills assessment results of students and teaching satisfaction scores in group S were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion CBL combined with PBL teaching method based on SPOC has a good effect in anesthesia practice teaching.And the teaching satisfaction is relatively high,which is helpful to improve the clinical practice ability of professional master degree students.
