摘 要:目的多探索基于“互联网+”以问题为导向的PBL(problem-based learning)结合讨论式教学的CBL(case-based learning)教学模式在医院药学课程中的应用效果。方法选取2018级药学本科学生(n=133)作为试验组采用PBL结合CBL混合教学模式,2017级药学本科学生(n=147)作为对照组采用常规教学模式,采用在线随堂考试和问卷调查两种方式,根据试验组、对照组期末考试成绩、自主学习能力及对教学效果的满意程度来评价教学效果。结果纳入研究的两个年级学生的性别、基础知识和学习能力比较差异无统计学意义,具有可比性。试验组考核成绩与总评成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组学生在线考试成绩平均分为75.42分,而对照组班级平均分为70.13分,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论“互联网+”的混合教学模式教学效果显著,能够有效的激发学生们在课堂的积极性,有助于诱导学生思考问题,提高学生对医院药学理论知识的掌握以及实践能力。Objective To explore the application effect of Internet plus PBL(problem-based learning)combined with CBL(case-based learning)teaching mode in hospital pharmacy course.Methods The students of grade 2018(n=133)were treated with PBL combined with CBL teaching mode as the experimental group.The students of grade 2017(n=147)were treated with regular teaching as the control group.The teaching effect was evaluated by online classroom examination and questionnaire survey according to the final examination results,autonomous learning ability and the evaluation of teaching effect between the experimental group and the control group.Results There is no significant difference in gender,basic knowledge and learning ability between the two grades.The test results and total scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The average score of the experimental group was 75.42 points,while the average score of the control group was 70.13(P<0.01).Conclusions The mixed teaching mode based on“Internet+”can effectively improve the teaching effect,to stimulate students'enthusiasm in class,to guide students thinking and exploring actively,and improve their mastery of theoretical knowledge and practical ability of hospital pharmacy.
