摘 要:目的探讨依托“理性情绪-行为疗法”理论的临床教学模式在实习生实践教学的应用效果。方法选取2018年6月30日—2019年5月31日在安徽医科大学第二附属医院肾脏内科进行临床实习的所有医学生作为研究对象。按照入科批次进行交叉分组,奇数批次入科的实习生被分在“对照组”,偶数批次入科的实习生被分在“观察组”。所有入科实习生入科之初均先接受入科教育。对照组实习生按照常规方法进行带教;观察组实习生则由带教老师遵照“依托理性情绪-行为疗法理论”进行引导实习主动参与所在科室的各项教学活动和临床工作,直至完成实习过程。两组实习生在实习结束后均进行考核。考核包括理论考试、临床技能考核以及填写调查问卷。结果根据分组原则进行得到对照组54名,观察组49名。两组在理论成绩的方面差异无统计学意义。但观察组实习生的临床技能操作成绩及双评结果均优于对照组。结论依托“理性情绪-行为疗法”理论的教学模式提高了实习生的临床实践工作能力,改善了临床实践的教学效果和双向评价的满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of the clinical teaching model based on the theory of“rational emotion-behavior therapy”in the practical teaching of interns.Methods All medical students who had performed clinical internships in the Nephrology Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from June 30,2018 to May 31,2019 were selected as the research objects.Cross-grouping is carried out in the order of entering the department.Interns who enter the department in odd batches are classified into the“control group”,and interns who enter the department in even batches are classified into the“observation group”.All admitted interns receive admission education at the beginning of the admission.The control group interns are taught in accordance with the conventional method;the observation group interns are guided by the teaching teacher in accordance with the“relying on rational emotion-behavioral therapy theory”to guide the interns to actively participate in various teaching activities and clinical work in their departments.Both groups of interns will be assessed after the internship.The assessment includes theoretical examination,clinical skills assessment and filling out questionnaires.Results According to the grouping principle,54 people in the control group and 49 people in the observation group were obtained.There was no significant difference in theoretical achievement between the two groups.However,the results of clinical skill operation and double evaluation in the observation group were better than those in the control group.Conclusion The teaching mode based on the theory of“rational emotion behavior therapy”improves the interns'clinical practice workability,improves the teaching effect of clinical practice and the satisfaction of two-way evaluation.
