摘 要:目的研究“换位学习法”在手术室护理带教中的应用价值,并思考其推广可能。方法将我院手术室在2019年1月—2020年1月期间接收的实习护生80名作为本次研究对象,按照其护理带教方案的差异,来对其进行平均分组。其中,采取常规护理带教的护生有40名,将其作为参照组;采取“换位学习法”进行护理带教的护生有40名,将其作为观察组。在对两组护生的理论知识与操作技术进行考核后,评估去教学质量。同时,就护生的学习主动性、独立解决问题能力培养、沟通交流能力培养、护理职业认同感等满意度进行评价。结果观察组护生的理论知识与操作技术水平评分相较于对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护生的学习主动性、独立解决问题能力培养、沟通交流能力培养、护理职业认同感等指标的满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术室护理带教中,采取“换位学习法”,能够保证其教学质量,有助于护生多方面素养与能力的提高,从而保证手术室护理人才的培养质量。Objective To study the application value of"transposition learning method"in nursing teaching in the operating room,and to consider the possibility of its promotion.Methods A total of 80 nursing students received in the operating room of our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the subjects of this study.They were divided into average groups according to their different nursing teaching programs.Among them,there were 40 nursing students who took routine nursing care as the reference group.There were 40 nursing students who were taught by"transposition learning method"and treated as observation group.After assessing the theoretical knowledge and operational techniques of the two groups of nursing students,the teaching quality was evaluated.At the same time,the students'satisfaction with learning initiative,independent problem-solving ability,communication ability and nursing professional identity were evaluated.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and operational skills of nursing students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the nursing students in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group in terms of learning initiative,cultivation of independent problem-solving ability,cultivation of communication ability and nursing professional identity(P<0.05).Conclusion In the operating room nursing teaching,adopting the"transposing learning method"can ensure the teaching quality,contribute to the improvement of various qualities and abilities of nursing students,so as to ensure the training quality of nursing talents in the operating room.
