摘　　要：超声医学是医学影像学的重要组成部分,血管超声检查作为一种简单、无创的检查方法越来越受到临床的关注。近年来随着人们生活方式、环境变化等因素的影响,心脑血管疾病的发生率逐渐增高,而动脉粥样硬化与心血管事件的发生密切相关。血管病变的影像学检查在疾病的诊断中起着重要作用。然而,由于缺乏正规的、系统化的教育培训,血管超声的技术水平在不同地区和医疗机构存在较大差异,尤其是在社区及基层医院。因此,规范化的血管超声教学势在必行,为培养更专业的血管超声应用型人才,本文针对四川大学华西医院超声专业住院医师血管超声规范化教学进行了探讨和总结,旨在为规范化血管超声教学的推广提供可行的教学模式。Ultrasound medicine is an important part of medical imaging.As a simple and non-invasive examination method,vascular ultrasound has attracted more and more clinical attention.In recent years,with the influence of people's lifestyle,environmental changes and other factors,the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases has gradually increased,and atherosclerosis is closely related to the occurrence of cardiovascular events.Imaging examination of vascular diseases plays an important role in the diagnosis of diseases.However,due to the lack of formal and systematic education and training,the technical level of vascular ultrasound varies greatly in different regions and medical institutions,especially in community and primary hospitals.Therefore,standardized vascular ultrasound teaching is imperative.In order to cultivate more professional vascular ultrasound application-oriented talents,this paper discusses and summarizes the standardized teaching of vascular ultrasound for residents majoring in ultrasound in West China Hospital of Sichuan University,in order to provide a feasible teaching mode for the promotion of standardized vascular ultrasound teaching.
