军事特色海洋声学研究生培养模式改革探索

摘  要:军事特色海洋声学专业人才是海上联合作战克敌制胜的重要资源。在分析军事院校转型背景下海洋声学研究生培养机遇与挑战的基础上,文章依据军校近年来应用型硕士培养经验,结合海洋声学自身学科特色与人才成长规律,从任职岗位能力素质需求引导下的教学内容改革研究、专业教育与岗位任职培训融合条件下的培养流程优化、实战化教学模式改革要求下的教学环境建设等方面,探讨创新研究生培养模式的问题。通过教学模式研究与实践,海洋声学专业课程的教学过程进一步体现实战特色和岗位需求,突出个体学习兴趣,激发学员主动学习的内生动力,初步营造多学科交叉融合和鼓励创新的浓厚学习氛围,促进本专业军事高层次人才培养供给侧同未来战场需求侧的精准对接。Marine acoustics professionals with military characteristics are an important resource for defeating the enemy in joint maritime operations.Based on the analysis of the opportunities and challenges in the training of marine acoustics graduate students under the background of the transformation of military academies,this article is based on the military academy's recent years of applied master's training experience,combined with the characteristics of marine acoustics'own disciplines and the law of talent growth,and guided by the ability and quality of the post research on the reform of teaching content,optimization of the training process under the condition of the integration of professional education and job training,and the construction of the teaching environment under the requirements of the reform of actual teaching mode,discussed the issue of innovative postgraduate training mode.Through the research and practice of teaching mode,the teaching process of marine acoustics professional courses further reflects the actual combat characteristics and job requirements,highlights individual learning interests,stimulates students'endogenous motivation for active learning,and initially creates multi-disciplinary integration and encourages innovation.The strong learning atmosphere promotes the precise connection between the supply side of the training of high-level military talents in this major and the demand side of the future battlefield.
