摘　　要：改革开放初期,“厂宅”是家庭工厂经济体的重要空间载体之一,具有工厂与住宅的双重属性,可视为一种特殊的工业遗产类型。文章通过对泉州市“安踏”和“七匹狼”两家企业旧厂宅的调研,探索厂宅的发展背景和空间特征。两栋“厂宅”不同的改造模式极具时代和地方特色,该现象在闽南地区亦具有普遍性。本研究基于特殊而有趣的现象展开,探索和剖析其背后的社会和文化意义,以期为“厂宅”改造提供新的借鉴与参考。In the early stage of reform and opening up,"factory house"is one of the important space carriers of the family-factory economy,with the dual attributes of factory and house,and can be regarded as a special type of industrial heritage.This paper probes into the development background and spatial characteristics of the old factory houses of"Anta"and"Septwolves"in Quanzhou.The different transformation modes of the two"factory houses"have the characteristics of the times and places,and this phenomenon is also universal in southern Fujian.Based on this special and interesting phenomenon,this study explores and analyzes the social and cultural significance behind it,in order to provide new references for the reconstruction of"factory house".
