摘 要:引黄入冀补淀工程的主要任务是向白洋淀进行生态补水,同时缓解沿线地区的农业用水缺水问题。该工程自河南濮阳渠村引黄口引水,研究引水口上游的径流演变规律对于保障工程的正常运行具有重要意义。选取1956—2017年黄河花园口水文站的年径流量与该水文站在引黄入冀补淀工程引水期(每年11月至次年2月,以下简称引水期)的径流量为基础数据,采用5 a滑动平均法、M-K趋势检验法与Sen’s斜率估计法检验年径流量、引水期径流量的变化趋势与显著性,采用不均匀系数法分析径流年内分配不均匀性,采用M-K突变检验法确定径流的突变年份。结果表明:年径流量和引水期径流量总体呈减小趋势,年径流量减小率为51.16亿m^(3)/10 a,引水期径流量减小率为6.99亿m^(3)/10 a,说明引水期径流量的减小趋势相对平缓;年径流量和引水期径流量减小趋势均显著,引水期径流量的减小幅度较小;年径流量的不均匀系数在0.290~1.190之间,引水期径流量的不均匀系数在0.038~0.543之间,前者变化比较剧烈;年径流量和引水期径流量均在1986年发生突变。The main task of the Yellow RiverDiversion Project into Hebei and Supplement Lake is to provide ecological water supply to Baiyangdian Lake and alleviate the shortage of agricultural water in the area along the route. The project diverts water from the Yellow River diversion outlet of Puyang Qucun in Henan Province. It is of great significance to study the evolution law of runoff upstream of the diversion outlet for ensuring the normal operation of the project. This paper selected the annual runoff of Huayuankou Hydrological Station of the Yellow River from 1956 to 2017 and the runoff during the diversion period of the Yellow River Diversion Project into Hebei and Supplement Lake in the hydrological station(from November to February of the following year, hereinafter referred to as the diversion period) as the basic data. The variation trend and significance of the annual runoff and the runoff during the diversion period were examined by 5-year sliding average method, M-K trend test method and Sen’s slope estimation method. The uneven coefficient method was used to analyze the uneven distribution of runoff within a year, and M-K mutation test method was used to determine the abrupt year of inter-annual runoff. The results are as follows: the annual runoff and the runoff during the diversion period show a decreasing trend on the whole and the annual runoff decreases by 5.116 billion m^(3)/10 a and the runoff during the diversion period decreases by 670 million m^(3)/10 a, which indicates that the decreasing trend of the runoff during the diversion period is relatively gentle;the annual runoff and the runoff in the diversion period decrease significantly, and the decrease range of the runoff in the diversion period is smaller;the coefficient of non-uniformity of the annual runoff is between 0.290 and 1.190, and the coefficient of non-uniformity of runoff in diversion period is between 0.038 and 0.543, indicating that the former changes sharply;the annual runoff and the runoff during the diversion period are chang
