摘　　要：结直肠癌危害性较强,合并急性肠梗阻可影响患者癌肿治疗进程,现阶段腹腔镜辅助下自膨式金属支架置入常用于结直肠癌合并急性肠梗阻患者的术前过度治疗或姑息治疗中。文章对结直肠癌合并急性肠梗阻的危害、自膨式金属支架技术发展沿革、适应证、禁忌证、优势以及操作注意事项进行综述,以期为临床提供参考。Colorectal cancer is harmful,and acute intestinal obstruction can affect the treatment process of patients with cancer.At this stage,laparoscopic assisted self expanding metal stent implantation is often used in preoperative overtherapy or palliative treatment of colorectal cancer patients with acute intestinal obstruction.In this study,the harm of colorectal cancer with acute intestinal obstruction,the development of self expanding metal stent technology,indications,contraindications,advantages and precautions were reviewed,in order to provide reference for clinical practice.
