摘 要:目的:探究在口腔正畸治疗中使用微种植体支抗(MIA)的效果。方法:将本院于2019年1月~2019年12月接收的88例口腔正畸患者纳入研究,按治疗方法分为对照组44例,行口外弓支抗治疗;观察组44例,行MIA治疗,观察治疗前(就诊时24h内)、治疗后(随访6个月)矫正情况及骨桥蛋白、Fascin蛋白表达水平变化、治疗期间并发症发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组突距减少量、上颌磨牙位移均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且低于同时期的对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组骨桥蛋白、Fascin蛋白水平较治疗前无显著差异(P>0.05),但对照组低于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组口腔感染、不适、牙龈发炎、轻度水肿发生率为11.36%,低于对照组29.55%(P<0.05)。结论:在口腔正畸中使用MIA治疗能够取得更好的矫正效果,且不会对骨桥蛋白、Fascin蛋白造成影响,同时还能减少并发症,具有较高的安全性。Objective:To explore the efficacy of micro-implant anchorage(MIA)during orthodontic treatment.Methods:A total of 88 orthodontic patients received by our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were included in the study.According to the treatment method,they were divided into the control group,44 cases,who received external arch anchorage therapy;the observation group,44 cases,who received MIA.Before treatment(within 24 hours at the time of treatment)and after treatment(follow-up for 6 months),the correction,changes in the expression levels of osteopontin and Fascin protein,and the occurrence of complications during treatment were observed.Results:After treatment,the reduction of protrusion distance and the displacement of maxillary molars in the study group were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and lower than those in the reference group at the same time(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of osteopontin and Fascin in the study group had no significant difference compared with those before treatment(P>0.05),but those in the control group were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The incidence of oral infection,discomfort,gingival inflammation and mild edema in the study group was 11.36%,which was lower than 29.55% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:MIA can reduce the complications,it has no effect on osteopontin and Fascin,and improve the orthodontic treatment effects and safety.
