血清α-syn、miR-214联合检测评估帕金森病患者认知功能障碍的价值

摘　　要：目的分析血清α-突触核蛋白(α-syn)、微小核糖核酸-214(miR-214)联合检测在帕金森病(PD)患者认知功能障碍评估中的应用价值。方法抽取2019年1月至2020年1月在焦作市第二人民医院就诊的114例PD患者,依据患者有无发生认知功能障碍分为发生组(50例)和未发生组(64例)。比较两组就诊当天血清α-syn、miR-214水平,分析就诊当天血清α-syn、miR-214联合检测对PD患者认知功能障碍的评估价值。结果发生组α-syn水平为26.16(22.31,29.61)ng/ml,高于未发生组的20.04(14.98,25.22)ng/ml,miR-214 mRNA相对表达量为28.39(27.44,29.98),低于未发生组的30.99(28.78,32.12),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);绘制受试者工作特征曲线,PD患者就诊当天血清α-syn水平、miR-214 mRNA相对表达量单独及联合评估认知功能障碍发生风险的曲线下面积均>0.70,预测价值较理想,且联合预测的价值最高。结论血清α-syn、miR-214联合检测评估PD患者发生认知功能障碍的价值较高,可用于早期判断PD患者认知功能障碍的发生。Objective To analyze the value of serumα-synuclein(α-syn)combined with microRNA-214(miR-214)in the assessment of cognitive dysfunction in patients with Parkinson disease(PD).Methods A total of 114 PD patients admitted to Jiaozuo Second People’s Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected,according to occurrence of cognitive dysfunction,they were divided into occurrence group(50 cases)and non occurrence group(64 cases).The levels of serumα-syn and miR-214 were compared between the two groups,the value of the combined assessment of serumα-syn and miR-214 on cognitive dysfunction in PD patients was mainly analyzed.Results Theα-syn level in the occurrence group was 26.16(22.31,29.61)ng/ml,which was higher than 20.04(14.98,25.22)ng/ml in the receiver operating characteristic group,and the relative expression of miR-214 was 28.39(27.44,29.98),which was lower than 30.99(28.78,32.12)in the receiver operating characteristic group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The area under the receiver operating characteristic curve of the serumα-syn level,relative expression of miR-214 mRNA,and combination of them in PD patients on the day of treatment were all greater than 0.70 in assessment of the risk of cognitive impairment,suggesting ideal prediction value,and value of the combined prediction was the best.Conclusions The value of the combined assessment of serumα-syn and miR-214 on cognitive dysfunction in PD patients is high,which can be used to early predict the occurrence of cognitive dysfunction in PD patients.
