管理潜力转化中介效应对众创空间运营绩效的影响--基于结构方程模型

摘　　要：通过对福建省众创空间长期调研、问卷调查及已有研究的基础上,选取资本支持、开放程度为内潜变量,辅以管理潜力为中介变量,构建众创空间运营绩效影响因素的结构方程中介效应模型。运用Amos 24.0和SPSS 23.0进行实证数据检验,通过实证分析发现开放程度与众创空间服务绩效、众创空间管理潜力存在显著相关,资本支持与众创空间管理潜力存在弱相关,资本支持与众创空间孵化绩效不显著相关,而管理潜力与众创空间运营绩效存在显著相关,并从资本支持、管理潜力、孵化绩效、服务绩效四个层面提出针对福建省众创空间运营绩效提升的建议,对促进福建省众创空间发展具有一定的参考价值。Based on the long-term survey,questionnaire survey and existing researches on mass innovation space in Fujian Province,the paper selects capital support and degree of openness as internal latent variables,supplemented by management potential as intermediary variables,and constructs the structural equation mediating effect model of influencing factors of mass innovation space operation performance.Using Amos24.0 and SPSS23.0 empirical data inspection,empirical analysis found that openness and the service performance and space,the space management potential exists significant correlation,capital support and the space management potential exists weak correlation,capital support and the incubation performance is not significant correlation,and space and management potential associated with a significant role in the operational performance and space.From capital support,management potential,hatch performance,service performance four aspects suggestions are put forward aimed at the space operational performance improvement of Fujian province,to promote the spatial development in Fujian province has which a certain reference value.
