试论高校科研诚信管理的有效途径

摘　　要：科研诚信是高校科研管理的难点,科研失信现象在高校屡见不鲜。高校科研失信的主体有个体、集体两类,其失信的原因、现象各异。高校应当健全科研诚信管理体系,着力提升科研能力,并建立科研容错机制,使诚信管理覆盖科研活动全过程,可采取分类评价方式,利用信息化手段实施诚信监控,加大科研失信行为惩戒力度,净化外部科研环境,多方位探索高校科研诚信体系建设的有效途径。Scientific research integrity is the difficulty of scientific research management in colleges and universities. The phenomenon of scientific research discredit is common in colleges and universities. There are two types of scientific research discredit colleges and universities: individual and collective, and the reasons and phenomena are different. Perfect scientific research integrity management system, improve scientific research ability and establish scientific research fault-tolerance mechanism, the whole flow of scientific research covered by integrity management, use classification evaluation ways and informatization technology to implement integrity monitoring, strengthen the discipline of scientific research discredit, purify the external scientific research environment, are the effective ways to construct the scientific research integrity in colleges and universities.
